    Another problem is that employers seem to be looking for “two-fers”, two for the price of one.

    Employers don’t think there is enough work to justify a full head count so they’ll have the person be the Admin/ Sales Business Analyst or Admin/ Sales Operations.

    As a result, neither job is done well nor fully.
