Position: New Business Development Manager

Job Description

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a New Business Development Manager! This person will be responsible for managing and developing clients who have Salesforce.com staffing needs, both contract and direct hire. This will be achieved through a combination of required activity, knowledge of the market and competitors and the internal drive to succeed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development & cultivation of new and existing clients
  • Efficiently maintain territory and stay current on competitor/market knowledge
  • Maintain minimum required activity
  • Closing sales through effective negotiation
  • Communicate with clients and recruiters to help facilitate the interview process
  • Generation of new leads
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information in CRM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 yrs. Staffing/Technology Sales or Inside Sales Experience
  • Proven closer
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Positive personality
  • Ability to work odd hours when necessary
  • Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
  • BA / BS required
